The Steiner Predator 4S is the world’s shortest and lightest 4-16X hunting riflescope, being 25% shorter than its closest competitors while delivering an astounding magnification range. Built on a rugged 30mm tube chassis and measuring 10.9 inches in length, the Predator 4s weighs just over 18 ounces. This compact, ultralight riflescope fulfills all the requirements of traditional and contemporary hunting scenarios while optimizing weight distribution and optical performance.

The Predator 4s doesn't sacrifice quality for size but improves on it. With an exceptionally generous field of view, Steiner’s legendary glass, and precision component engineering, the Predator 4s ensures bright, high-clarity and high-contrast imaging with remarkable edge-to-edge sharpness. This class-leading optical clarity plus industry-leading light transmission combines with a massive field of view to ensure hunters have the best possible sight picture even in the most challenging lighting conditions.

The Predator 4S riflescope features an illuminated, second focal plane E3 reticle designed specifically for hunters! The E3 reticle is in second (rear) focal plane which allows your crosshairs to remain fully visible, regardless of magnification setting. The E3 reticle also offers 5 MPH and 10 MPH crosswind reference marks for every 100 yard increment; and provides BDC (bullet drop compensation) holdover marks for each 100 yard increment along the lower vertical cross hair. The illumination has 11 total brightness levels (5 day/6 night), and can easily be fine-tuned with a dial on the side of the scope.  

Designed for versatility, the Predator 4s’ parallax compensation, featuring a large adjustment range is specially tailored for use with thermal imaging attachments while improving weight balance. The reduced length and weight, when compared to conventional riflescopes, help shift weight bias rearward to minimize holding effort while making the shot. This is especially welcome when using clip-on-style thermal units because it makes the rifle more agile when tracking game movement.
